Milk Order Form

David Cameron Elementary is participating in the Elementary School Milk Program (ESMP) sponsored by the BC Dairy Foundation. It’s a fun program that offers BC elementary school children fresh, cold milk as a healthy alternative to fruit drinks and pop. The program runs throughout the school year.

Children will receive Island Farms milk Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays with their lunch. The program offers white milk, chocolate milk, soy vanilla and soy chocolate for a cost of $1.00 each. The milk program will not run on Hot Lunch/Food Fest Days.

Order forms will be sent home three times during the school year, September, December & March. The order form is also available on our PAC website ( milk order form is available by clicking this link.).
